Refund & Cancellation Policy
ProfitEdge Consulting provides professional consulting and advisory services.
Due to the customized nature of these services, the following policy applies.
Free Consultation
Our initial business assessment or consultation is offered free of charge where applicable.
No payment is required.
Consulting Services
Payments made for consulting engagements are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.
This includes:
- Business assessments
- Financial analysis
- EBITDA improvement studies
- Operational reviews
- Strategy sessions
- Management consulting
- Customized reports
Cancellation Before Work Begins
If a client cancels a paid engagement before any work has commenced, a refund may be considered after deducting any applicable payment gateway charges and administrative costs.
Cancellation After Work Begins
Once consulting work has started, no refund shall normally be provided because significant professional time and resources have already been committed.
Rescheduling
Consultation meetings may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
Digital Deliverables
Reports, presentations, templates, and digital documents delivered electronically are non-refundable once delivered.
Exceptional Circumstances
Refund requests arising from exceptional circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
The decision of ProfitEdge Consulting shall be final.
Payment Gateway
Payments are securely processed through Razorpay.
ProfitEdge Consulting does not store card or banking information.

Delivery Policy
Digital Products
Digital products such as reports, templates, toolkits, spreadsheets, and downloadable resources are delivered electronically. Upon successful payment, customers will receive access to download their purchased products through the website and/or via the registered email address.
Consulting Services
For consulting services, executive consultations, and business assessments, a confirmation email will be sent after successful payment. Our team will contact the client within one business day to schedule the consultation or initiate the engagement.
Delivery Time
Digital Products: Available immediately after successful payment.
Consulting Services: Initial contact within one business day.
Customized consulting reports: Delivered as per the agreed project timeline.
